A novel mashup of Quicke’s Cheddar and Albert Kraus, the maker of Alp Blossom. It has a distinct sweet nuttiness, which you get from a good alpine cheese, paired with the acidity of the cheddar which leads to a delicious apricot finish. It’s soft and creamy and utterly delicious.
