Foxearle is a stunning British recreation of cult favourite Rogue River Blue. This is a former World Champion from Oregon that used to be imported to the UK at extreme cost. Now we have our own version, with just 38 2kg wheels made.
It is Pevensey Blue, wrapped in vine leaves and washed in pear brandy. It is boozy, sweet, and nutty. With a crystalline punch highly reminiscent of the cult classic it is based on.
