Pre-order for ChristmasMore than just a pretty face, this German/Austrian cheese is covered in the flora that the Brown Swiss Cows graze on - creating a seamless link between the pasture and the cheese plate. The cheese is hugely powerful, with big meaty flavours reminiscent of cured meats. Delicious
