Tunworth
£14.50
Contemporary British farmers have a habit of taking inspiration from - and elevating - classic French cheeses. Tunworth is a perfect example. Based on a classic French Camembert, Tunworth has a vegetal, fudge-like character and melts in your mouth. Absolutely unctuous and beloved by Michelin-starred chefs across the country (if you ever get a chance, try Simon Rogan's frozen Tunworth dessert - it's divine!).
