This delectable goat's cheese comes in a distinctive pyramid shape. Sinodun Hill has lemongrass notes, with yoghurty, zesty, lactic flavours and a clear three-layered structure, with white mould, and an almost liquid paste wrapping around the soft, mousse-like heart.
