Off-dry Riesling from the certified organic Ashmore Vineyard, where Marlborough's Wairau and Southern Valleys meet on silt loam over clay. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, fermentation is stopped early to leave a measured sweetness against the region's vivid acidity. Lemon, lime cordial and gala apple lead, with white peach, wet stone and a hint of manuka honey. Light-bodied yet taut, the palate is tangy and precise, finishing long and clean.
