Oddbird Sparkling Rosé

Alcohol-free sparkling rosé from Oddbird, made from Languedoc-Roussillon Syrah given brief skin contact, fermented in stainless steel and aged 12 months on fine lees before its alcohol is gently removed at low temperature. Pale pink, with apple, citrus and summer berries on the nose and a subtle hint of Syrah spice. Light-bodied and fresh, with lively bubbles, a touch of sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
