An organic white wine, gently dealcoholised, blending Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc from Alsace and the South of France. Pale straw, it offers citrus, green apple and floral notes with a subtle spicy lift. The palate is crisp and dry, with orchard fruit, lively acidity, a touch of roundness and a clean, mineral finish. Light in body, it pairs well with Cornish Yarg, whose fresh, lemony crumble and nettle-wrapped rind suit the wine's citrus and herbal edge.
