Finca Enguera Rosado

Organic Tempranillo rosé from the Sierra de Enguera in DO Valencia, grown above 500 metres among pines and aromatic herbs, night-harvested and given only a brief maceration for colour. Pale pink and bright, it opens with strawberry and floral notes. The palate is dry and crisp, with red summer berries and a hint of underripe fruit, light in body, its fresh acidity balanced by phenolic ripeness through a clean finish. Pair with Ragstone, whose fresh, lemony goat's milk tang matches the wine's bright red berries.
