Exton Park RB28 Blanc de Noirs

A traditional-method Blanc de Noirs from Hampshire, blending an average of 28 Pinot Noir reserve wines from Exton Park's library and aged for at least three years on its lees. Pale gold, it opens with freshly baked brioche, lime blossom, apple and a dash of cranberry. The palate sets brisk acidity and crunchy orchard fruit against riper peach and redcurrant, with a silky mousse and a long, delicately spiced finish. Serve with Little Rollright, whose rich, woodsy creaminess is lifted by the wine's acidity and fine bead.
