Domaine du Changeons Sauvignon "Les Nomades"

IGP Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine du Changeon, David and Delphine Ledoux's small Bourgueil estate, grown on clay-limestone and aged on fine lees. Ripe Sauvignon aromas of citrus, passion fruit and acacia blossom, with a hint of exotic fruit. Light-bodied and sprightly, the palate pairs zesty acidity with a gentle roundness from the lees, finishing clean and subtly mineral. Pair with Dorstone: this fresh, lemony goat's cheese echoes the wine's citrus lift and chalky finish.
