The endlessly confusing cheese - first made in Scotland, and has subsequently made in Cheshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire (where it's made now). Fantastic colour - perfect for the season - and its tangy, fresh taste. It won the Supreme Champion award at the 2016 British Cheese Awards
